Remembering Still How the Bright Blue Eagles Fly

This has been a season filled with grace.

I am an avid Blue Eagles fan. I watched their first game against La Salle, and watched the succeeding games and never missed a single game. Maybe at home or in Ultra or Araneta. I was there when they won against UE, and lost to FEU. I was there (of course) when they beat VL Salle, ay La Salle pala. And especially, when finals came... I was there! I was there without paying a scalper for a ticket... I lined up and got tickets (I wonder how lasalites felt after losing the game and paying a scalper with a huge amount for gen ad ticket: "pare! sulit ba ang binayad mo sa scalper?!") Though the view wasn't that good (gen admission lang talaga) but being there and winning the championship was the greatest feeling. Happiness.
